Parents, children and young people can get in touch with us whenever they need help or advice.
We do not accept referrals from other professionals and will only get involved at the request of the parents, children or young people. If a professional would like to recommend our help to families then they can assist them to complete the contact us form or complete the forms below with the families.

Can we support parents and young person at the same time?
Yes. We will often work with parents and children/young people together, helping each to express their views. Sometimes we work with them separately. In this case our confidentiality policy (PDF document) will apply and we will only share information with permission.
Empowering children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and their parents to play an active role in decisions about them/their children by providing high quality information, advice and support in a way that is flexible and responsive and promotes resilience.
